Hi there! Welcome back to my blog! Today I will be talking about a cookware brand that took over Instagram and all the popular influencers and bloggers use them. It’s all about Caraway today! The brand that stole all of our attention with its beautiful designs and colors. Who are they, how do they work and are they really worth it? After many months of use, I’m ready to share my review.

Let’s get right into it!

Starting with how the set arrived.

The moment I opened the package, I gasped! Just look how beautiful!

Let’s talk about cooking. I absolutely enjoy and love cooking for my family, so I prepare meals at least 4-5 times a week. One thing I noticed is if you like deeper color when searing meat, you would need to use a cast iron or stainless steel skillet, but Caraway is perfect for everything else!

What I love about Caraway

I never liked buying sets because they come with too many pieces and end up taking too much space and I don’t even use half of them.  Caraway comes only with essentials that you will use daily.

When it comes to cooking with Caraway, the pots and pans are really great.

Here are some things you need to know about Caraway

  • Made with non-toxic materials

  • Features non-stick cooking surfaces

  • The set is easy to clean

  • Free of PTFE (such as Teflon®)

  • Free of PFOA

  • Free of Heavy Metals

  • Free of other PFAs

And of course, my favorite, Aesthetic! Caraway’s design is completely innovative, with unique colorways and a sleek pan curvature designed for function with a fashionable edge.

Also wanted to talk about the magnetic pan rack. It’s amazing! You don’t have to worry about them scratching and it looks so beautiful on my countertop! I don’t like having anything at all on my countertops but I absolutely love to display my Caraway set! And also the lid holder! Perfect for people that love everything organized.

What I Didn't Like About Caraway Cookware

  • There are a few downsides that I want to point out. One of the is that they are pretty heavy, at least for me. It’s hard when I try to flip something in the saute pan.

  • May be stained with time.  The bottoms have some dark discolorations on the outside, but I heard you can clean them, which I will try and keep you updated on.

  • You can’t use sprays. It’s not a big deal for me, because I use oils, but might be for some people.

Is the price of Caraway worth it?

You can buy Caraway cookware individually or as a set, which includes a 10.5-inch skillet, a 3-quart saucepan, a 4.5-quart sauté pan and a 6.5-quart Dutch oven, two cork trivets, four modular magnetic pan racks, and a lid holder. The prices range from $95 to $395 for the whole set and are available in many different fun colors.

It has been a joy to cook with them! They truly are nonstick (the main thing is, you have to use oil+butter! ) compatible with electric and gas cooktops, oven safe to 650 degrees and they heat evenly!

The inside of the pans still looks how they did when I just got them. The ceramic nonstick coating is still going strong, though I only use wooden utensils.

To conclude it all,  I’m beyond happy with my Caraway set and would recommend them. You will love them as long as you take care of them. If you don't want to commit to the whole set, but you are looking for an alternative to traditional nonstick, I would suggest going for just the fry pan ( $95) or saute pan ( $130) for cooking delicate foods like eggs, fish, pancakes, or anything that has a tendency to stick to the pan and tear.
